Arthritis pain radiated to knee but not below.
Pain on Lateral aspect of thigh i.e. iliotibal band syndrome.

Trochanteric Bursitis 

• An anatomical Diagnosis for inflammation of the Trochentric Bursae associated hip pain,
• There are three main trochanteric Bursae

1. The first between gluteus  maximus and glutes medius tendon.
2. Second between gluteus maximum and gluteus medius tendon.
3. Third between gluteus medius and greater trochanter

> injury occurs in response to repetitive overloading of the bone.

> Athlete, long runner, prolong activities 

Sciatica
